Owens Corning finalizes sale of its Russian operations including PAROC stonewool facilities

Following its decision earlier this year to exit the Russian market, Owens Corning announced on December 5 that it has completed the sale of its operations in the country. Effective with the completion of the sale, Owens Corning PAROC is no longer the owner of the stonewool production facilities in Izoplit/Tver, Russia, which previously manufactured PAROC insulation products.
Owens Corning announced in March its intent to exit Russia through a transfer or sale of its facilities in the country and in April halted all future investments in Russia.
