Flexible insulation for the right fit

Paroc offers a broad range of tailored products specifically designed for flues and chimneys. For example, our Pro Wired Mats WR with alucoat facing. The water-repellent, wired material is flexible and the aluminum foil and mesh of the insulation can provide an excellent base for fixing so that the insulation on the flue pipe won't sag. This guarantees long-lasting performance due to the close and permanent contact between pipe and insulation. PAROC® Pro Mats range without net are an alternative solution.

One of the greatest risks for chimney pipes is corrosion. Well-designed insulation ensures that the surface temperature of the flue gas does not drop to the point where harmful gases can condense and form corrosive droplets and deposits. A proactive approach is therefore critical to maximize the performance and service life of your chimney. The aluminum facing of the mat helps prevent water from getting into the insulation material and reduces dust. and at the same time prevents corrosion on the outside of the chimney pipe. Based on our certifications to ISO 14025, ISO 21930 and EN 15804, we have received the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) numbers NEPD-4100-3121-EN and NEPD-4101-3121-EN.

Safe, clean and efficient

PAROC® Pro Wired Mats with an aluminum face and mesh can help to reduce the formation of dust and fiber particles during installation and especially during maintenance and repair work. As a result, dust exposure in the workplace can be significantly reduced.

PAROC Calculus 

PAROC Calculus is a technical insulation calculation program for dimensioning thermal insulation for various applications in the HVAC and Process industries.

PAROC Calculus features:

• Easy-to-use interface; works on PCs, tablets, and cellphones

• Calculations of heat losses, surface temperatures, and temperature drop in pipes, ventilation ducts, process industry tanks, valves, and flanges

• Simple input of pipe diameters and duct dimensions (predefined)

• Correcting for thermal bridges of pipe and duct suspensions

• Print calculations as a PDF. Multiple simultaneous printouts in PDF are possible

• Saving projects and customizations (for registered users)

• Calculations based on the ISO 12241:2022 standard
