Further, it must be noted that tank roofs need to be adequately insulated to guarantee optimal thermal resistance. Providing an appropriate insulation solution is of utmost importance since it can help to prevent heat loss, thermal bridges, and corrosion, ensuring optimal operation and energy efficiency.
PAROC offers various high-performance insulation solutions for tank wall insulation and tank roof insulation. Our full range of water-repellent WR products (pipe sections, pipe elbow solutions, slabs, mats and wired mats) have very low water absorption and low chloride content, which can help to minimize the risk of corrosion. The average water absorption is 10 x lower than the toughest standards (EN13472/EN1607).
