Most flat roofs have horizontal valleys. To avoid standing water on the roof, you can supplement with a fall towards roof drains. The roof drains should always be placed so that they are at the lowest point of the gutter valley even after any deflections that may occur.
The PAROC Valley Wedge solves this problem in a simple and functional way. The wedges are placed on top of the existing roof slope or PAROC Roof Slope Board. The wedges are cut to provide a valley slope of 1:60 along the length and 1:15 across the width. The system is mirror-symmetrical – identical wedges are used in both directions.
Delivery
PAROC Valley Wedge is delivered as sets.
Sets up to 4,800 mm in length are delivered in packages. Sets up to 15,600 mm in length are delivered on pallets. Sets from 16,800 mm and longer are delivered on multiple pallets.
Wedges C to E are marked at the thickest edge. Wedges A and B are not marked.
Note
PAROC ROV 60 2 does not require a board. The waterproofing layer can be applied directly.
Production of the PAROC Roof Slope System should be mechanically fastened according to the same recommendations as other roof products from PAROC.
