New PAROC Vect installation video shows how to get it right first time

Correct fire insulation of ventilation ducts is never just about wrapping a mat around a duct. It is about making sure the whole system performs exactly as it did in the fire test, so people and property stay protected when it matters most.

To make this easier in daily work on site, Paroc has released a new installation video that shows step by step how to install PAROC® Vect Wired Mat BlackCoat on circular ducts for both EI30 and EI60 solutions. The video brings the installation guide to life in a visual, practical way, so installers, contractors, specifiers and fire inspectors can clearly see what “right” looks like.


A visual complement to the installation guide

The written installation guides are essential, but the PAROC® Vect installation video gives a clear, real-world view of what each step should look like on an actual duct. This helps installers work confidently, supports quick onboarding of new team members, and gives inspectors and specifiers a straightforward reference for how the system is meant to be installed. The video is also a practical tool for working through the fire safety checklist for fire-insulated duct systems.

Tested as a complete system
