PAROC Vect Wired Mat BlackCoat EI30
PAROC Vect Wired Mat BlackCoat EI30 is a ventilation and air conditioning duct insulation mat made of non-combustible PAROC® stone wool. The product is designed for passive fire protection and thermal insulation of circular and rectangular ductwork in HVAC systems. It is suitable for all indoor ventilation ducts and HVAC equipment with medium temperature up to 250°C. The 60mm thick wired mat can be used for both duct types, simplifying the installation and ordering processes.
PAROC Vect Wired Mat BlackCoat EI30 is the instrumental part of a system designed to meet the stringent requirements of fire resistance class EI30. With the reaction to fire classification Euroclass A2-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1), the product does not burn nor contribute to fire spread. The solution is fire-tested to be installed without having to sew or hook the transversal joints which reduces installation time. Additionally, it maintains a uniform insulation thickness throughout the entire duct, preventing compression at the joints. This ensures reliable fire protection, effective thermal insulation, energy efficiency, and an aesthetically pleasing installation.
The product is tested to provide effective fire protection for 1.8m hanger distances on circular ducts, helping to reduce the number of hangers needed, speeding up installation, and enhancing the overall cost-efficiency of the HVAC system. The product is M1 certified.
