Insulation for valves and flanges

Our full range of water-repellent WR products have an average tested water absorption that is 10 times lower than the toughest standard (EN13472/EN1609). They also have very low water absorption and low chloride content, which can help to minimize the risk of corrosion. These include pipe sections, slabs, mats and wired mats for all industrial installations.

Our solutions comply with all classes of ISO 15665:2023 for insertion loss combining the benefits of natural, non-combustible stone wool with acoustic insulation.

Whichever PAROC® insulation solution you choose, and whether you opt for single-layer or double-layer insulation, our PAROC® Clad System consisting of pipe sections, elbow solutions and lamella mats provides the opportunity to save time and money during installation with minimal waste on-site. The Clad facing is water resistant (according to PN-EN 1928:2002 method B), UV resistant (when installed with Paroc Clad Alu tape), resistant to salt water, high puncture resistance (tested according to EN 14477) and resistant against hail storms class HW3. It can be also used for food industry.

Since there is no additional cladding needed it can save installation time:

• No additional measuring or prefabrication of cladding material
• Easy installation where limited space is a challenge
• no risk of loose cladding pieces being caught by strong winds, no sharp edges
